About us
Immersed in art, located in the heart of Bologna with its heritage of history and culture, ResArt Iàcomus is a new dimension of hospitality.
All the rooms of ResArt are part of a diffuse museum, the rooms and corridors house original works of art or reproductions of the most valuable pieces, which can be visited in the same structure, in the area dedicated to the “Raccolta Lercaro” Museum.
The works of art have replaced the televisions hanging on the walls, so you won’t find screens here! Our Art Residence is located in the heart of the Manifattura delle Arti district of Bologna where the MAMbo Museum, the Cineteca, the Morandi Museum, the il DamsLab, Genus Bononiae Museums, art galleries, boutiques, stellar restaurants, street food labs and traditional “osterie”. All the other fmaous museums of Bologna are located a few steps away.

This is the heart around which ResArt was born: the name Iàcomus recalls the name of Cardinal Lercaro, who collected more than eight hundred works of art animated by a love of culture and a deep interest in dialogue and expression.
